Terms and conditions

The site casademare.ro is operated by MANAT MAGNUM S.R.L., registered office Str. Drumul Pescarilor nr. 16A, Loc. Olimp, Mun. Mangalia, jud. Constanța, Romania, Trade Register no. J2019000978235, tax code (CUI) RO22203235. You can write to us at any time at contact@casademare.ro.

Through this site you can book at Casa de Mare (Drumul Pescarilor 16, Olimp) and at its sister house, Hacienda de Mare (Drumul Pescarilor 22, Olimp). These terms apply to every booking made through the site.

• You choose your arrival and departure dates and a room type. We assign the specific room, within the type you chose.
• You enter your name, email address, phone number and the number of adults and children. Country and notes are optional.
• Before sending, you see the dates of your stay and the total price on the page, and you can correct any detail. To continue, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
• You send a booking request, with no payment. We check it and contact you by email or phone to confirm it and arrange payment. The booking is binding only once we confirm it.

You can book in Romanian or in English. We keep your booking in our system, and these terms stay published on this page; you can save or print them at any time.

• Prices are in Romanian lei (RON), for the whole stay, and include VAT (11%). You see the total price before you send your booking.
• The resort tax is not included in the price and is paid at reception, at the rate the Local Council sets for the year of your stay. In 2026 it is 5 lei per day for each guest over 18 (Mangalia Local Council Decision no. 194/2025). Some categories of people are exempt, based on documents shown at reception.
• Online payment is not active yet: you send a booking request, with no payment. When we confirm it, we tell you how to pay.

To cancel, write to us at contact@casademare.ro and quote your booking reference (for example CDM-2027-0001).

If we cancel your booking, we refund the full amount you paid.

A booking is a contract for accommodation on specific dates, so the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (Article 16(l) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights). Cancellations follow the policy above.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00, at both houses. The times are also shown in your booking confirmation.

If something was not right, write to us at contact@casademare.ro. We reply as soon as possible, and within 30 calendar days at the latest.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you can turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body through the ANPC platform: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. You can also go to court.

Romanian law applies to your booking and to these terms. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of your country.

Your booking remains subject to the terms in force on the date you made it. How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.
